🗓 Program Dates:
June 1st – July 27th
📍Measurements and weigh-ins will be included so you can track your progress and see your transformation throughout the program!
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Your nutrition matters! What you eat will directly impact your weight loss goals. Starving yourself is NOT healthy and will not benefit your results.
Please:
💧 Drink at least 32 oz. of water before class to stay hydrated and help prevent muscle spasms
🥗 Eat healthy proteins, carbohydrates, and vegetables
🍳 Eat breakfast and lunch before class — DO NOT come to class on an empty stomach or you may feel faint. Your body needs ENERGY!
✨ Modifications are always welcome. Work at YOUR level and trust the process.
Reformer sessions will also be returning soon, and private sessions can be scheduled as well!

- Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:45 AM – 9:45 AM
Single Pilates Class: $35 Text 618-531-9003 to schedule a session.
Small-group sessions designed to support your unique fitness and health goals. Classes focus on core strength, alignment, stability, and controlled movement for lasting results.
Pilates Class Size: Limited to 4 participants per session
