My Passion Is To Provide Exceptional Group Classes
At D-Fit studio, classes are designed to maximize self-confidence
and improve your physical health as well as your mental health through a positive environment. Kickboxing classes are implemented with cardio kick boxing, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, dance, martial arts, plyometric jumps, killer abs, stretching, and core strength training. All classes are 1 hour.
