🥊 Cardio Kickboxing
High-energy, full-body workouts that build strength, endurance, and confidence. Expect powerful combinations, cardio bursts, and a motivating atmosphere suitable for all fitness levels.

🧘♀️ Yoga
Stretch, strengthen, and reset your body and mind. These classes focus on mobility, balance, breath, and relaxation. Beginners are always welcome.

- Tuesday: 6:00–7:00 PM (start time may change to 7:00 PM)

All classes may go over in time to allow for proper instruction, flow, and cooldown.
Please bring water to stay hydrated.
Yoga & Floor Classes: Bring a yoga mat.
Pilates Reformer: Socks are required.
Cardio Kickboxing / Weight Training: Gloves are recommended for floor routines and weighted workouts.
